Here at MPT Group, we are extremely proud of the levels of service we offer. Ensuring that our customers’ machinery is running smoothly and is well maintained, is the main focus of our service team.

We have a team of sewing engineers with years of experience, and a number who specialise specifically in spring machinery in the Infinity department.

Our service does not end once the machine has been installed. We offer an impressive after-sales package which includes scheduled maintenance visits to service the machinery and carry out a ‘health check’.

This prevents breakdowns and eliminates time being lost on production due to technical issues.

In the unlikely event that you do experience a machinery breakdown of some kind, our service engineers cover the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland – so however remote you are – we’ll soon have you back up and running.
