The Auto-Flanger is a conveyorised high-speed heavy-duty mattress flanging machine.

This mattress conveyor machinery makes the operation of mattress panel flanging much simpler, with a conveyorised table feed system and automatic turning arm which aid the rotation of the panels when sewing the corners.

The sewing parameters are set by touch screen control and the Japanese sewing head has been modified with a heavy-duty feed.

This highly automated mattress flanging machine comes with a fully automatic oil supply system and automatic lift off the presser foot and needle position, as well as the automatic turning arm. The four-needle system comes with a safety stitch and needle positioning motor.

With a maximum sewing speed of 3000rpm to a maximum panel thickness of 70mm. This mattress conveyor machinery is an ideal mattress flanging solution for any business large or small.
