Computer Controlled Vertical Stitch Mattress Border Machine.

The BordaMax vertical stitch mattress border machine utilises a high-speed double lock chain stitch and self-lubricating sewing head.

It automatically hems the mattress border as it produces high quality vertical stitched mattress borders up to 260mm wide on the standard machine.

For wider borders we offer our 508mm model, the BordaMax-2. With a material run-out monitoring system and twin material clamping system, the BordaMax also boasts electronic stitch length and electronic flute width adjustment.

This highly automated mattress border stitching machine comes with automatic needle positioning, an automatic shut-down sensor which can detect material blockage in the roller, and automatic rewind with a quick release mandrel.

Threading, cleaning and minor sewing adjustments could not be easier with the powered head exit facility and for ease of loading the rollers are opened by pneumatic control. Other features include thread break detectors and a safety acoustic hood.
