High-speed Four-head Simulated Side Stitching Machine With 3D Border Quilting System

The EcoTac mattress border machine is a low-cost four-headed side stitching machine for the production of simulated side stitched mattress borders.

The four Brother high-speed lock stitch sewing heads can work together or independently, increasing the pattern effects. With a programmable sewing system, the EcoTac mattress border machine can generate a range of high-end tacked mattress border effects at the touch of a button.

With full servo control, the EcoTac offers a large variety of pre-installed pattern designs allowing you to create a wider range of mattress border effects. The thread cutting is automatic and the stitch length is 4-6mm.

A maximum sewing speed of 2500rpm means the EcoTac mattress border machine can produce 1-5 metres per minute up to a sewing width of 400mm and thickness of 30mm.

The EcoTac can be used with the Euromax 3D border quilting system to produce a range of high-end simulated side stitched mattress border effects at the touch of a button which can then be combined with 3D border quilting effects. This combination will revolutionise your mattress border production capability.
