The Euromax 3D mattress border quilting machine offers a varied range of border effects using 3D spacer fabrics and tapes.

The Euromax 3D mattress quilting machine is designed for the fast and reliable production of decorative mattress and divan borders utilising 3D spacer fabrics and decorative tapes.

This multi-functional 3D mattress border quilting machine is fitted with a modified high-speed chain stitch sewing head with an output capacity of 5 metres per minute with a sewing width of 16”.

This 3D mattress quilting machine comes complete with in-feed stand and motorised wind-up creel for finished mattress borders. The Euromax border effects include the imitation pillow top, double Eurotop, 2, 4 and 5 box effect, ventilation fabric insertion, triple material combination and designer tape effects.
