The iQuilt Bordermaster is a high-speed automated chain stitch mattress border quilting machine capable of producing today’s modern mattress border effects.
The split looper design allows for fast adjustment of timing and the batch quilting and metering facility add to this mattress quilting machine’s features.
With a sewing speed of 1200rpm, the iQuilt Bordermaster can produce up to 800 metres of mattress border per hour to a quilting width of 2400mm, a quilting thickness of 80mm and a stitch length of 1-6mm.
