The Matramatic Quilter machine offers mattress manufactures the advantage of high-speed heavy-duty stitching coupled with computer control which ensures simple operation in mattress quilting.
Materials such as latex, wool, horsehair and cashmere can all be quilted with ease. The lock stitch sewing heads each incorporate a lifting presser foot and offer a variable sewing speed of up to 1250spm and a stitch length of 2-10mm. There is also an optional Durkopp sewing head.
It is simple to select from the Matramatic Quilter’s infinite pattern storage facility through the touch screen display. The thread break detection, twin loading frames and floating beam technology complete the Matramatic Quilter.
