A High-speed Electronic Loft Mattress Tape Edge Machine

The new Matramax-HL high-speed electronic loft mattress tape edge machine with ultra-high loft capability offers a remarkable 22” of needle to table clearance.
The ergonomically designed control pod enables the operator to effortlessly adjust a host of processes: the start/stop function, straight line carriage speed, corner speed, table height, sewing head angle, position of the carriage around the table, amount of feed and needle cooling on/off function.
This versatile mattress conveyor machine comes with a variable speed of up to 3,500rpm, high lift needle cam and an adjustable stitch length.
The Matramax-HL mattress tape edge machine is available with a 300Ux5 high-speed chain sewing head or heavy-duty lock stitch sewing head.
The choice of binders is extensive and various sizes of table are available. Other features of note are a power assisted carriage movement, powered head positioning control, needle cooling system and tape feed synchronisation system.
Optional extras include a pneumatic foot lift and a conveyor table top for easy positioning of the mattress. This conveyorised mattress tape edge machine can be ungraded to the full T180 system and comes with a comprehensive two-year warranty as standard.
