The Panelmaster is designed to work in conjunction with the iQuilt mattress quilting machine, offering a fully automated mattress panel and mattress border processing solution.
Servo edge-trimming control allows for fine adjustment in the removal of waste materials. The mattress panel cutter is supplied with 2 edge trimming units, a horizontal cross cut facility, an air mandrel for easy loading of the roll and automatic sizing of finished mattress panels.
