The newly designed PFH-50 automated mattress handle making machine offers the same performance as its predecessor but is now fitted with automatic thread break detection and material run-out sensors.

The PFH-50 comes with a chain stitch sewing head rewind option and a high-speed guillotine cutter.

This new and improved automated mattress handle making machine is now available with an optional touch screen display giving an enhanced range of features including batch production control.

The PFH-50 is supplied with a 50mm binder as standard, as well as a 12-needle configuration, and can provide mattress handle widths up to 70mm. and is available in a range of formats to suit any client’s budget.
