The Verso-Quilt is a multi-function 3D mattress border quilting machine, utilising high-speed servo controlled sewing heads and delivering a limitless range of mattress quilted pattern effects and mattress border finishes.
The Verso-Quilt mattress border quilting machine gives you a maximum sewing width of 16” and a stitch length of 1-4mm. With the multiple head chain stitch sewing technology incorporated into this mattress machinery, your mattress quilting pattern options are greatly increased, and the Verso-Quilt is supplied with CAD software allowing you to create your own designs.
Touch screen control with on-screen pattern adjustment and automatic hemming complete this versatile 3D mattress border quilting machinery.
