The fully programmable ALS Automatic Mattress Label Attaching System is ideal for all your mattress label attaching requirements.

Incorporating pneumatic clamping of labels, the system is capable of zigzag stitching or straight line sewing for mattress labels of any shape or any design. The Automatic Mattress Label Attaching System is available with Duo-Mat function and additional tooling is supplied so that mattress handles can be attached automatically in a variety of designs as optional extras.

This quick and easy facility can be installed onto the machine in less than three minutes. The double shuttle hook is suitable for most types of material weights and the lock stitch length is 0.05mm-12.7mm. The maximum sewing area on the standard machine is 250mm x 160mm while the larger machine can accommodate a sewing area of 300mm x 200mm.

The Juki sewing head has an auto thread trimmer also included, making this fully programmable automatic mattress label attaching system everything you need for sewing and attaching your mattress labels.
